Life
Went to Venice, which was great. Got to see the Biennale, and Peggy Guggenheim’s collection which was awesome. Been wanting to go to Venice for months, so it was nice to finally do that. Was also some really good alone time. I had been feeling a bit wrung out after everything, so it was good for me to go and do something just for me! Also met up with a friend from Australia, which was cool.
Work
Got a new build of Show and Hide out on TestFlight – finally! Just fixing some last branding / app store marketing stuff and we should be able to launch. I’ve been working on this for so long (although such a small percentage of my time) and it’s weird for this milestone to be in sight – I don’t entirely believe it.
Finalised plans for the rest of the year, so I’m mostly trying to tie things up before I’m much more occupied come December.
Media
Watching the latest seasons of Modern Family, Big Bang Theory, and The Good Wife, and Season 3 of Once Upon a Time.
Finished Hot Seat again (loved it even more this time). Read Mindy Kaling’s new book Why Not Me (loved it!) and Slack (eye opening!), now reading Yes Please.
